What it does

Four stages. One file.

A programme is structure, sessions, progressions, and a way to share it. The builder is the one place all four live, with edits flowing live across the whole cycle.

    Structure

    Pick a duration (4 to 16 weeks), sessions per week, and rest-day pattern. Mesocycles and deload weeks are first-class.

    Sessions

    Drag exercises into each session. Sets, reps, weight, RPE, tempo, rest — all editable. 800+ exercises in the library, or add your own.

  • 03

    Progression

    Define how loads or reps change week over week. Linear, undulating, conjugate, or write your own rule per exercise.

    Preview & ship

    Walk through any session as a user would, before committing. Keep it private, share with a friend, or publish to the community library.

    3 sessions/week building toward a meet. Top sets at RPE 8 with back-offs, weekly progression on main lifts.

    Push/pull/legs, 6 sessions/week, undulating volume across the week with deload every 5th.

  • Endurance

    16-week marathon prep

    4 runs + 2 strength sessions. Mileage builds 10% weekly until taper. Heart-rate zone targets per session.

  • Hybrid

    HYROX season prep

    Strength + conditioning combined sessions, 5 per week. Progression on barbell lifts independent of conditioning blocks.
