Working draft
This document reflects how OmniF operates today and the terms you implicitly accept by using the app. A formally reviewed version is in progress. We're publishing the working draft now so the actual operating rules are public.
The basics
- OmniF is provided "as is" — we work hard to keep it stable, but it's a beta product in active development
- Your training data is yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you create in OmniF
- The Free tier is free, forever, for personal use. Pro is a monthly or annual subscription
- You can cancel Pro anytime; your data stays yours regardless of subscription status
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Use OmniF to harass, abuse, or harm other community members
- Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to access other users' data
- Scrape the community library at scale (we don't expose a public API yet — when we do, it'll have its own terms)
- Resell OmniF access, or use one paid account to serve multiple people
- Upload content that infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates applicable law
We can suspend or terminate accounts that do these things. You can also terminate at any time by deleting your account from Settings.
Medical disclaimer
OmniF is a training tool, not a clinical service. Bloodwork analysis, AI suggestions, programme recommendations, and any other content surfaced by the app are for your information — not medical advice. If you're making health decisions based on what OmniF surfaces, talk to your GP or another qualified medical professional.
Pro subscription
- Billing — monthly or annual, charged automatically until you cancel. Prices and billing cadence are shown clearly at checkout.
- Cancellation — drops you to Free at the end of the current billing period. Your data and history are preserved completely.
- Refunds — pro-rata refunds for accidental annual renewals if requested within 14 days of the charge. We don't refund partial monthly periods.
- Price changes — we'll email all active subscribers at least 30 days before any price increase. Locked-in annual subscribers keep their current rate until the next renewal.
Content you publish
When you publish a programme to the community library (a Pro feature from v0.22), you retain ownership but grant other users a non-exclusive licence to view it, and Pro users a non-exclusive licence to import it into their own training. You can unpublish anytime; existing imports continue to work for users who already imported.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to OmniF is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months. This is standard SaaS practice; the formally reviewed version will state it more precisely.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms, fraud, or abuse — typically with notice unless the violation is severe or ongoing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. The formally reviewed version will specify the jurisdiction and dispute resolution venue precisely.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be emailed to all account holders at least 14 days before they take effect, with a summary of what changed. Trivial corrections (typos, clarifications) may be made without notice.
